Great natural sleep remedy
Some nights I have trouble sleeping... I don't take medication for this, I stick to natural remedies. This balm has a comforting, soothing scent. Apply it to your temples, close your eyes and go into fields of fresh herbs...

Unwind
I rub this into my neck every night before I go to sleep. It's a great way to wind down and wrap up the day. I also apply it to my hair as a deep moisturizer overnight and wash it out in the morning.

Directions for use
Rub a small amount under the nose or onto the temples, neck, wrists or other pulse points to diffuse the scent. For even great relaxation apply after to a soothing bath or during a restorative massage.
