The effective formula is also ideal for cleansing hair and is free of synthetic detergents or preservatives. The USDA Certified Organic and Certified Fair Trade formula is made with organic shikakai, pure castile soap and organic coconut, olive, jojoba and hemp seed oils blended with pure organic glycerin. Has a medicinal tea tree scent.

Fresh, clean, magic soap
Count me in as one of Dr. Bronner's big fans - he'd got a bit of a cult following for those who appreciate good, clean, simple products that are fair trade and organic. This stuff is so pure and natural - I've always been into tea tree as a skin care ingredient. Lather's great, smells fresh, good for hands, body, even hair in a pinch. Pretty good value for such a great soap.

Good for body and hair!
I love Dr. Bronner's soaps - you have to try them! Good for the body, good for the hair, good for a keeping clutter out of the shower. My boyfriend and I both love this particular one. The tea tree oil is great for oily hair and skin. The scent is takes a little getting used to (and try not to get this in your eyes), but we've grown to love it. You definitely need a nice conditioner after using this in the hair. It's an excellent product.

Directions for use
To use as a body wash, pour several drops onto your hands, washcloth or sponge. Then lather up, scrub down and rinse off. To wash your hair, apply several drops to wet hair and massage into your scalp. Rinse well and follow with the Citrus Conditioning Hair Rinse.
