Ideally, it is used regularly at night for 28 days, the length of time it takes healthy skin cells to regenerate. The general rule is one 28 day cycle per year for each decade of life.
Directions for Use
After cleansing in the evening, press the liquid in 1 or 2 ampules into the skin, including eyes, lips, neck,earlobes and decollete. Recommended nightly for a few days or a few months until condition improves. Use Rhythmic Night Conditioners when inflammation and redness are reduced. Do not use a moisturizer after applying the conditioner to your skin until the morning.
