Directions for Use

Add 1-2 teaspoons of Rosemary Bath to a tub of warm water, and soak for 20 minutes. For a footbath add 1 teaspoon of Rosemary Bath to a bucket of warm water. Gradually increase the temperature to your comfort level by adding hot water. Soak for 10 to 20 minutes twice a week.
