not good for sensitive eyes
I am disappointed with this product. It was very clumpy and I did not like the brush. Found it a bit irritating for my sensitive eyes. Would not recommend it. Bought one for my mother as well as I love many of the other products by INIKA and she ended up having an allergic reaction to it.

Totally disappointed
I just received the mascara and have used it for two days. This morning the mascara came out of the tube in clumps. What? It's brand new! I had to brush the clumps out of my lashes. Ugh.

Racoon eyes
Very disappointed in the mascara! It smudges about 10 minutes after putting it on. Would not recommend at all- waste of money!

Beautiful
I've been avoiding mascara for years because of my highly sensitive eyes that are further aggravated by contact lenses. Waterproof formulas irritate me, and other brands simply smudge and flake off - not an attractive look. So I'm very grateful that I found this Inika mascara. Finally, I can plump up my lashes with confidence without triggering any allergic reaction. I think even gals without sensitive eyes would love this brand. I'm not sure if it's the brush or the formula, but it works wonderfully!

Directions for use
Use the volatizing edge of the “double-Z” brush to coat for thicker lashes and then the lengthening edge to lift, separate and add length. If you prefer a stronger look, build your mascara up in layers and wiggle the wand in the roots of the lashes through to the tips. Let it dry between coats. Make sure you don’t pump your mascara wand in and out of the container as this can pump air into the mascara and dry it out. Instead swirl the mascara wand around the inside of the container to really load the brush with product.
