Non-drying and wonderfully fragrant
This toner is non-drying and wonderfully fragrant without being overpowering. My skin definitely looks a little duller without it.
Directions for use
Spray onto face and neck until skin is lightly damp. Can follow with Intelligent Nutrients Serum and Moisturizer.
