Seriously can't live without it
I've been using it for a few years now, and I can't rave enough about this amazing, fantastic oil. I use it as a supplement, as described, but mainly I use it as my primary moisturizer / styling product: hair, hands, face, you name it. I know it sounds crazy, but I swear this stuff has kept me looking younger than everyone I grew up with. And I love that I'm smearing things on my body that are just as healthy to eat.
Directions for use
Take 1-2 teaspoons daily as a dietary supplement. Apply directly to the face, neck or other areas you want to treat and prevent environmental damage.
