Inner and outer health are intertwined
I'm a big believer that skin care and nutrition go hand in hand, that what you eat and drink can really effect the look and feel of your skin. Well, this is proof of that principle. There are so many wholesome nutrients and potent seeds packed in these tablets, it's like a mega-multivitamin for the face. Everything in here has been carefully selected and evaluated to be fantastic for the skin. It's not like an instantaneous effect, but after a few months of taking these tablets my skin is glowing, looks plumper, feels younger. Topical creams and oils are part of the solution, your inner nutrition is the other part (plus plenty of water, sleep and exercise).
