Arnica is so great for bruising. I bruise very easily and use this to keep the effects to a minimum. I love the Jurlique arnica because they really use the purist and most amount of arnica in their product.

Directions for Use
Apply to a damp cotton pad or face cloth and compress the skin 3-4 times daily, avoiding the eye area. Not to be used on open wounds or broken skin. For external use only.
