Rose Silk Finishing Powder

“No 'powdery' skin, beautiful scent

I tried this when I saw it in a store this weekend, and was really impressed. I have been eyeing it for a few years, but have never purchased it – not really sure why. After trying it this weekend, I’m not waiting any longer! I smelled both rose and lavender, and loved the rose scent (I usually prefer rose to lavender anyway). It provides a sheer matte finish – you don’t look powdery, and it’s neutral/sheer so all it does is eliminate shine (no color). I also was really impressed with the packaging – substantial, and I like how the lid opens rather than screws off. The rose is back ordered, but I can’t wait to receive it!

great finishing powder i use it to set my foundation, it leaves skin looking real silky and matte and leaves your skin smelling so delish!

“Good For Oily Skin

I use this finishing powder to set makeup if I use any or to soak up oil on my face leaving it shine-free. It smells light and rosy. Personally I don’t use the provided powder puff. Instead I use a powder brush that can sweep on the powder better to provide a very light dusting on the face. I would say a little goes along way because it is pure white – use too much and you’ll look pale.

“gentle base

Love this product. I use it as a base on eyes after moisturizer and brush on lashes before mascara. It is my essential base.
