What are hydrosols or floral waters?
The fragrant water that’s produced during the essential oil steam distillation process, hydrosols (also known as floral waters) are saturated with the scent and water-soluble content of the essential oil. After the oil is separated the beneficial hydrosol can be used for other purposes. They can be sprayed on your skin or hair to refresh and hydrate while you benefit from the aromatherapy.
