Helping me with my resolutions
This is part of my new years resolution support team. It remains to be seen how well it works, but so far it does seem to help me hone my intentions for the day and I seem to be focused. I just put a few drops in my morning and afternoon tea, and then under my tongue when I remember throughout the day. It has a very light, pleasant, delicate taste - not overpowering at all. I figure what have I got to lose in trying?

Directions for use
Enjoy 5 drops under the tongue, 5 times a day and/or add to coffee, tea, juice, or other drinks, add a dropperful or two to your water bottle. Tastes delicious, like nectar!
