I wouldn’t necessarily waist this on your pets and plants, as indicated in the directions, but for humans it’s a pleasant mist that seems to calm me down and helps me feel centered. It’s like nature’s answer to pharmaceutical mood boosters, a much better approach IMHO. Smells nice, feels refreshing, and it does impact my mood in a positive way. I think a lot of people could use this.
