Cleanses really well without drying. 5

This is the most wonderful face soap that I have ever used, and believe me, I have tried a lot of brands. It cleanses my oily skin really well but never makes it feel dry or tight, not even around my eyes. It lathers extremely well, and has a very pleasant, slightly lemony scent that makes my whole bathroom smell nice. And each bar lasts a long time, so don’t be put off by the price.

I actually thought this was just a regular bar of soap before I read the product information online; it was a free sample, if you’re wondering why. Naturally, I used it like any other soap, and not for its intended use. With that being said, I noticed that there was a noticeable improvement to my skin (pimples caused by ingrown hairs/whatever actually began to dissappear). Next time I will use the product for my face, I promise, and hopefully the results will be the same!

Bar soaps can be lovely for the face, provided you find the right one. This soap produces a nice lather, gently cleanses my skin of SPF and makeup (blush & concealer), and rinses off easily. My skin feels clean and refreshed without being parched. The scent is a mild lemon, nothing terribly exciting but certainly not off-putting. I have been using this throughout the spring and am very pleased with the results. My skin type – oily in summer, dry in winter, slight rosacea.
