I use Avocado oil once a month to keep my long, fine hair silky, shiny and split-end free. Since I started using it, I've noticed a dramatic decrease in the amount of dry, split ends. My hair also feels lusher and has tons more volume. Each strand is luxuriously pampered.

I recommend using Avocado oil once or twice a month to keep your hair in tip top condition. If your hair is extremely damaged or you are trying to recover from chemical processes, it may be used more often.

Avocado oil is also wonderful as a base oil for massages and skin care. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil for a smoothing, nutrient-packed body oil.

Usage Notes

how: For intensive hair treatment: warm the oil and spread evenly over hair. Comb through hair and leave on for two hours (or longer). For extra attention for dry ends, rub a small amount of oil directly onto the hair ends and leave on for two hours. Rinse with a mild shampoo.
