Five big hearts for this
I usually skip the toning step as it always seems to dry out my already parched and challenged skin. I gave this a try because I love the Primavera line so much, and I'm so glad I did. It's not a harsh, stripping, drying toner at all. No tightness whatsoever after sweeping this along my T-zone and cheeks. It's more like a nourishing, cleansing, calming step - and the scent is beautiful - and it's made a huge difference for my sensitive face.
