Often used to treat hormonal imbalances, it can help regulate menstruation and menopause while also aiding PMS, depression, tension and stress. Used as a middle note when infused with other oils, it blends well with bergamot, rose geranium, sandalwood and ylang ylang essential oils. It has a warm sweet herbal scent. A member of the mint family, the clary sage used in this oil is dried for approximately 48 hours before being expertly steam distilled to retain its powerful and effective therapeutic properties.

Directions for Use
In the bath add 2 -3 drops of clary sage essential oil to a natural emulsifier such as a base oil, cream, honey, liquid soap or sea salts. To create a body, massage or bath oil, blend 5 to 15 drops of either just clary sage oil or a combination of different essential oils into 50 ml of a base oil. To experience the aromatherapeutic benefits, add a few drops of oil to a bowl of hot water and inhale the healing steam. You can also use the oil in a fountain, burner or diffuser.
