Stings the eyes 3

This blend is effective - opens me right up - but I always find eucalyptus oil too strong and stingy for my eyes. I wish there was some way to tone it down without losing its potency.

A potent blend for cold and flu season 4

Cold and flu season is upon us. This oil really helps boost the immune system and fend off the germs. Rather than buy a bunch of different therapeutic oils to mix myself, this blend incorporates all the powerhouses I need - eucalyptus, lavender, thyme etc. The only thing I would add is a little oil of oregano.
