“nice for a cold
This oil is great and I am on my second or third bottle. I usually buy this before the winter season arrives so I have it on hand when a cold is coming on. I mix this in the bath with Epsom salts and I swear me and my kids feel so much better after bathing in this when we feel rotten with a cold.

Directions for Use
Pour into a bathtub filled with warm water. Or pour in a basin or bowl filled with hot water. Lean over and cover your head with a towel to capture the healing aroma.
