This is my favorite essential oil for keeping me calm and serene throughout the day. I don’t even blend it with anything. Just pure lavender, straight up in my diffuser.

Great for headaches and insomnia 4

This is a superior-grade lavender oil, which is very beneficial for soothing tension headaches and resolving sleep issues. I put a drop or two on a tissue under my pillow. The scent is a little “grandmotherly” but it does the trick.
