Lift your spirits, ease anxiety and sharpen your mind using this energizing aromatic essential oil. The multi-purpose oil has antibacterial and antiseptic properties often used in natural beauty care to help invigorate, tone and purify the face and body. Lemon oil is also a natural disinfectant and anti-viral, which makes it a perfect ingredient for purifying the air to kill germs. When diffused into the air it can help strengthen your memory and refresh your mind. As well as acting to detoxify the skin, it can be used undiluted as a spot treatment on warts. Used as a top note it blends well with cypress, juniper, lavender, thyme, conifer, myrtle and Swiss pine essential oils. The lemon peel is cold-pressed to best retain its radiant, tangy and energizing citrus scent.

The fragrant lemon that's used to make this oil is grown and harvested using biodynamic methods (certified by Demeter) on Primavera's sustainable organic farming partnership Italy to ensure the highest quality and purest oil possible.

Kirstin's Comments:
This sunny-scented oil does so much more than make your home smell good when used in a diffuser. I use it in the winter to quickly kill germs that linger in the air, especially if one of us is sick. I also use it to ease fever symptoms in my kids by adding one drop of lemon oil into about in inch of the Weleda Foot Balm. After mixing in the oil I apply the balm to the feet, starting at the ankles and working my way to the toes. I've found that it brings the fever out of the head without lowering the fever (and thus preventing the fever from 'doing it's job').
