Excellent for maturing skin
Macadamia nut oil is a must-have in my skin-care routine. I first discovered it several years ago on a trip to a macadamia nut farm in Guatemala, and haven’t been without it since. I’m thrilled to have found this organic option available through Saffron Rouge and Primavera. I mix it with jojoba, sweet almond, and sea buckthorn oils, along with a blend of essential oils that are good for my skin, and make my own serum that I use before applying moisturizer (or instead of).

For your inner health and outer beauty
I’m no stranger to using kitchen ingredients in my beauty regimen. Nature nourishes both the inside and the outside! Macadamia nut oil is the new EVOO – a delicate, light, heart-healthy option that is mostly monounsaturated and has a high smoke point. But enough about food, it’s use as a beauty product that I really want to rave about. Smooth in on your tresses for a deep conditioning treatment. Dab it on your face for a softening, radiant effect. Put a few drops in the bath to lock in moisture. So many uses. Pure, organic macadamia oil – like this Primavera brand – is best.
