Neroli oil has been used for centuries, and today is a frequent component of perfumes and deodorants due to its sweet floral notes. It helps rev the circulation and relaxes the nervous system, making it a great oil for relieving tension headaches, insomnia, digestive discomfort and muscle fatigue. I use it in the bath or in a diffuser to put me in a contented frame of mind.
