Drift off to dreamland...
Lavender has always been my go-to aromatherapy oil to promote calm and relaxation. This blend is particularly effective at that. It's like my stress just evaporates as I drift off to dreamland. Why take a sleeping pill when nature provides the answer?

A lullaby for my nose
I don't really have trouble sleeping, but I just love the smell of lavender. It reminds me of my grandmother, and I find it puts me in a peaceful mood as I drift off for the night. It's a lullaby for my nose.
