More about this product

The refreshing and purifying oil can also ease the symptoms of bronchitis, coughs, colds, sinusitis and gum infections. Traditionally used as a medicinal essential oil, it has antifungal, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and bactericidal properties. Considered a middle note when blended with other essential oils, tea tree works well with lavender, rose, sandalwood, palmarosa and thyme oils. The oil is obtained through steam distillation and has a pungent, spicy and herbal scent.

The tea tree leaf used to make this oil is grown and harvested on Primavera's sustainable organic farming partnership in Australia to ensure the highest quality and purest oil possible.

Great for preventing lice 5

Ah, the Aussie secret is out. Tea tree oil is a medicinal wonder, if you can get over the rather strong, pungent odor (it's a bit of an acquired smell). It's beneficial for all sorts of aches and ailments. I actually dab a little along the hairline of my two girls whenever I hear of a lice outbreak in their school (which seems to happen at least twice a year) and we've never caught them (knock wood).

Best tea tree oil 5

This tea tre oil is very delicate. I use this on my acne, skin infection, bug bite. Better than the most expensive ones you get from Wholefood market.
