Saffron Rouge’s Rewards Program is available to all of our clients.

By simply placing and order, writing a review, or referring a friend to Saffron Rouge, you’ll be earning points towards future purchases.

Do I need to create an account?

No, the system creates an account automatically and awards reward points to the email address attached to each activity – so make sure to enter the correct email addresses when placing orders or writing reviews.

What is my account password?

Go to the login screen and enter your email address. Choose "I don’t have or forgot my password". A password will be created and emailed to you.

Are there other ways to earn points?

Yes! Saffron Rouge will occasionally feature products that will award BONUS POINTS on purchase. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to receive the latest offers.

How do I check my balance?

Simply log into your account. An account is created for you automatically whenever you place an order. If you have never logged in before, you will need to create a password at the login page.

How can I redeem my points?

Simply log into your account and click "Redeem." For every 2,750 points you earn, you are entitled to a $50 Gift Certificate that is fully transferable and never expires. Stay tuned for future ways to redeem.

I only order through the phone. Can I earn reward points as well?

Yes. As long as we have a record of your email address on the orders, the reward points will be awarded to the associated account.
