This means that if you buy a product from Saffron Rouge, and are unhappy with its performance, or have an allergic reaction to it - you may return it for a refund or credit within 60 days of the ship date.
You may also return unopened products for a refund or credit within 60 days of the ship date.
Please Note: shipping charges on returns are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error. Additionally, in cases of a return, you will be required to pay the return shipping costs to send an item back to us, unless the return is a result of our error.
Returns are required to have a return authorization number issued by our office in order to be received by our warehouse.
