Backorders & Out-of-Stocks
All orders typically ship the next business day after they are placed. For example, order on Monday, and your order will ship on Tuesday. Order on Friday and your order will ship on Monday, etc.
We have enabled real-time inventory by country to better serve our clients. If an item shows online as being "Out-of-Stock" then we have temporarily run out of stock for this item.
You may still order the item. If we expect the out-of-stock item(s) to arrive within 2 business days, we will hold your entire order to allow that item to come into stock before shipping your order. If the out-of-stock item(s) is not expected to arrive within 2 business days, all remaining items in your order will ship immediately without the out-of-stock item(s).
This creates a back-order. As soon as the back-ordered item(s) arrive into stock again, we will ship it to you automatically with FREE ground shipping, and send you an email to let you know that your back-ordered item(s) has shipped.
Please Note: In the case of a backorder, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your original order including the backordered item, but you will benefit from FREE and automatic ground shipping of the backordered item when it arrives in-stock. You will also be notified via email when that backordered item ships to you.
If you are ordering a out-of-stock item online, that item will very likely be back-ordered. In either case, we will also notify you via email when you have ordered a backordered item. When you are notified of the backordered item, you may cancel that item from your order by contacting us, and if you have been charged for it, we will refund you the price of that item**.
If an item shows online as in-stock, it will almost always ship the next business day. If it shows limited availability, it should ship next business day, but there is a small chance of back-order if many people order the same item at the same time.
Most out-of-stocks do not last very long at all. If you are curious about the ETA of an item, simply click on our live help to speak with a member of our client care team who may be able to provide you with an ETA or call us at 1-866-FACE-CARE (between 9:30am-5pm EST). Thank you!
Trial Sizes: We do not maintain backorders for trial sizes of items. If your order includes trial size items, and we are out of stock of some or all of the trial sizes, we will ship all items available, and cancel the remaining trial sizes that are not in stock. You will be contacted in the rare event this happens, and be asked to please re-order them on your next order. Thank you.
**Additionally, if your original order included free shipping, and you choose to cancel a backordered item from your order, lowering the total of your order below the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of your refund by our standard shipping fees as posted at the time on our website.
