- How much is shipping?
All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping (U.S and Canada Only). For specific questions about shipping costs (International rates etc) visit the shipping page.
- What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to over 100 countries across the globe.
- Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- Will you send me a tracking number?
Of course! After your order is sent we will send you a shipping confirmation that will include a tracking number. This will allow you to track the location and estimated arrival time of your shipment.
- I placed my order two days ago and I haven’t received an order confirmation. What should I do?
First, we recommend checking your junk mail. Sometimes order confirmations are misunderstood by email software and filed under junk mail. To prevent this from happening in the future, please add email@example.com to your address book.
If your order confirmation is not in your junk mail, please contact us and we will take care of it.
- I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?
No problem. Contact us and we will take care of it.
- How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?
Just click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email and you will be removed from our subscribers list.
- What’s the best way to contact you?
Call or email, whatever way you would prefer. One of our knowledgeable organic beauty experts will be happy to assist you.
In the event you contact us after hours, please leave a message with your contact information and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
- How do I know how long I am subscribing for and when will I get my package?
Inner Circle has a limited membership and as long as we have a spot open for you, you can enroll. You will get a new package of deluxe sized samples each month and you will not need to do anything after you subscribe the first time. Your credit card will not be billed each month until your package is ready to ship. All packages will ship out mid month going USPS or Canada Post. You will receive an email confirmation along with the tracking # as your confirmation.
- How am I billed for Inner Circle?
Once you sign up, you will automatically be billed each month on the card used the first time. If you wish to change your payment to another card or update the first card, please call us and we can do this.
- What if I move or wish to have my package sent to a different address?
You will need to call us to make any shipping changes before the middle of the month.
- Can I return the kit if I am not happy?
Inner Circle packages are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Can I give this as a gift?
Yes you can sign up a friend or family member. Just let us know if this is the case and we are happy to help.
- How big are the samples inside the Inner Circle package?
Each month you will get a different package consisting of 4 deluxe samples. These are larger than the regular samples you choose from our website when checking out with us.
- Do you ship outside of North America?
Due to lengthy transit times and high shipping cost, this program is only available for Canada and continental US. We do not ship to any other countries.
- How do I cancel?
You can email or call us toll free to cancel at anytime. In order to cancel for the current month, a cancellation must be placed on or before the 10th of the month. Cancellations after the 10th will apply to the following month.
