Every product sold by Saffron Rouge is backed by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you’re not happy with a product, simply return it for a full refund. Products can only be refunded and cannot be exchanged. Items must have a minimum of 50% of the contents and all original packaging to qualify.

Items must be returned to Saffron Rouge within 14 days of receipt of the return authorization number.

We will refund your credit card within 30 days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is received and processed. Refunds are not eligible for items arriving without return authorization numbers.

Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.

Return Exceptions

The following items are exceptions to the return policy. Unless the result of damage during shipping or manufacturer defect, these items cannot be returned under any circumstances. In the case of manufacturer defect or damage during shipping, the client is required to contact Saffron Rouge within 5 days of receipt. Additionally, items acquired through the abuse of Saffron Rouge's reward system, or any similar program, as determined by Saffron Rouge, are not eligible for refund.

Gift with Purchase

Gift with purchase promotions specify that a minimum order size amount is required in order to qualify. If a return made affects the original order total, the gift with purchase will no longer qualify.

The gift with purchase will need to be returned to get a full refund for any returned item on the sale. If you wish to keep the gift with purchase, the retail value of that item will be deducted from the amount of the item refunded.
