I don't want you to waste your money on products that aren't right for you, so if you ever become unhappy with a product (before or even after you use it), simply call us and we can arrange for a refund, and help you select a product that works better for your skin.

how to return a product
to saffron rouge:

I want you to be happy with what you purchase at Saffron Rouge. That is why I support every product offered with a 60-day 100% Unconditional Guarantee.

In order to return an item, a return authorization must be issued within 60 days of the ship date of the original order. If you would like to return an item, please call us toll-free at 1-866-322-3227 to obtain a return authorization, and instructions on how to send your shipment back. Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from our office.

When sending an item(s) back, please note.(on the original packing slip), which item(s) you are returning, and whether the item(s) is: a) unopened or b) used. In cases where you have had an allergic reaction, please note on the packing slip brief details of the allergic reaction you experienced, and which products you reacted to.

Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your return shipment. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.

Unfortunately, we can only issue a refund or credit. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the above procedure to return it and receive a refund, and place a new order for the new items you want.

If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake, or the item you received is damaged, we will re-ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, we will pay the cost to ship that item back to us, or send a courier to pickup the item at our expense.
