Smooth
Very smooth texture. It glides on like a dream. I have very sensitive eyes that usually balk at any color I place near the rims, but this one gave me no such reaction.

Directions for use
Three uses for three make-up results:
. All over the lashlines, by writing dotted lines, to create a natural make-up result
. On the upper lid and smudge with the eyeshadow brush We Boast About for a "smokey eyes" effect
. Onto the rim of the eyes for an intense make-up result
