Good mask for cold season. 4

It’s a lovely mask. I had a few samples of it. Very unfortunate that Suki offers such tiny samples of its products (only 1ml). Anyway, I would purchase this mask to use in colder months. Although, my skin is not really dry but in winter and early spring I do need some extra moisture and nourishing. Plus, my skin is sun damaged, I got a chloasma on my forehead during last months of pregnancy. Well, a few years later it’s still there. I like the idea to use this mask together with some other brightening skin care I have. I just wanted to give one tip about how to remove this mask if it’s not used as an overnight treatment. When I ready to remove it, I simply place wet warm towel over my face and take it off with the towel. There is no waxy feeling, but very soft skin.

Not for me! Extremely difficult to rinse off. 1

I got a sample of this mask and used it following the directions exactly. I have another Suki product which I am very happy with (the Pure Facial Nourishing Oil) but this mask just did not work for me. I left it on for 15 minutes and when I tried to rinse it off with warm water, it felt like there was a layer of wax on my face that would not come off. I had to really scrub my face to get it off, and I actually had a bit of a reaction to it. I re-read the directions as I thought I did something terribly wrong, but I applied it to a clean dry face just as directed. I’ve never had a reaction like that before to any skincare product. Weird! I’m so curious to know what other people have experienced, as my skin is not particularly sensitive.

Best used as an OVERNIGHT treatment! 5

The first time I used the mask was as directed – leave on 20 minutes then rinse. I felt like it had potential to be great, but needed WAY more than 20 minutes to actually do anything. So… the second time, I actually used it as an overnight treatment and slept in it! MUCH better results the second time. I actually didn’t notice the work it had done, until I washed my face that morning. My skin felt SO incredibly smooth and soft and thoroughly hydrated. I recommend this mask to anyone with dry skin – but ONLY as an overnight treatment.

DISAPPOINTING 2

I TRIED IT ONCE & IT DID NOT DO ANYTHING AT ALL FOR MY SKIN. IT IS MORE LIKE A LIGHT CREAM AT THAT THAN A MASK BECAUSE IT IS SO LIGHT THAT IT DOES NOT SEEM LIKE YOU HAVE PUT ANYTHING ON YOUR SKIN. THERE ARE FAR BETTER MASKS OUT THERE. SORRY

Really nourishing and hydrating 4

This is like a healthy vitamin shot to the face. Really nourishing and hydrating. I treat myself to relaxing with this masque at least three times a week.
