Moisture-Rich Cleansing Lotion

“Great Cleansing lotion - not heavy like others I've tried.

I purchased this product to use in rotation with the foaming exfoliate cleanser. This leaves my skin feeling clean without feeling dry. I use two pumps and it easily covers my face, neck and decolletage. The ONLY negative, is that it doesn’t remove eye makeup – It almost makes it worse. So, I avoid the eye area and use my usual eye makeup remover afterward.
Otherwise, this is a wonderful product. I’m prone to breakouts and I haven’t had any issues.

“Not for me . . .

I love the SUKI line but must admit I was dissappointed with this product. I wear make up every day and found this cleanser was not strong enough to effectively remove everything. I also found it left a bit of a film on my face which made me feel like my face wasn’t really clean. I would not buy this product again as there are more effective cleansers out there.

“compliments other products in the line

A great compliment to other products in the Suki line — I usually mix this in with the face & body scrubs when I feel I need a little more “moisture buffer” between my skin & the sugar crystals. Rinses nicely & has a nice, light, citrus aroma.

“Disappointed

As a loyal Suki fan I wanted to like this cleanser, but it just doesn’t work for me. It didn’t remove even the slightest bit of makeup for me and left my skin feeling like it was covered in a filmy residue. For some reason the cleansing lotion will not rinse out of my eyebrows and I end up having to scrub them with a washcloth to remove it. My skin can get very dry and I thought this would be the solution I needed, but it just didn’t work out that way.

“Good for sensitive skin

The only reason I gave this a 4 is because it broke me out a little in the beginning. My skin is very sensitive so any cleanser switch breaks me out. The first time I used it I really didn’t like it. It smelled like industrial lemon cleaner and it felt like bacon grease on my face. But after a few more uses I started to like it. I didn’t need lotion afterwards. It keeps flaky skin at bay and doesn’t cause redness. I don’t think it improves redness but I haven’t been using it for long. I’m not sure if I will buy the big bottle but I think it’s a good start. Also- this is not as natural as you think. It has certain alcohols in it and linalool. Not in love with the product but it’s good enough.
