Best cure for winter-dry skin
A very rich, thick, deeply penetrating uber moisturizer for my winter challenged skin. In the summer I’m supple and dewy, but the dry winter months just about kill me. I was overdoing it on the exfoliators to try and bring back some smoothness and life to my greyish palor, but it wasn’t working. Serums, mists, oils – I tried them all. Then I got my hands on a jar of this delightfully smelling rose creme, and it’s the creme de la creme. My skin has woken up from hibernation and has sprung back to life. It’s given me that rosy cheeked glow again, and has taken about 5 years off the look of my skin.

Not la Vie en Rose
Like Lee, I had high expectations but this cream didn’t deliver. I think the best moisturizer TBD has is the solar cream. Creme de la Rose and the Nourish Night cream fall short. I’m glad I got to try it as part of the starter kit. Besides, I wouldn’t pay that price for a moisturizer in a jar. The opening/closing and the dipping is really not sanitary in my opinion.

Just OK
This cream was OK, but it didn’t remove the blotchiness I started to get as my skin has become dryer in my 40’s. It didn’t cause breakouts, but I think it just wasn’t enough moisture for my skin.

A little underwhelmed
I had high expectations for this because I love most of the Body Deli products, and I’ve always been a fan of rose creams. However, this was just okay for me. Nothing special. It was moisturizing and smooth and smelled great, etc, but I didn’t notice any revolutionary effects after a few weeks of use. For that price, I was expecting more dramatic results. Again, there’s nothing wrong with it, it just wasn’t a “wow” for me.

Quenches my skin's thirst
Now that I’m in my 40s, my regular moisturizer just isn’t doing the trick. My skin isn’t particularly dry, but it just seems thirstier. This is the first cream I’ve tried that actually quenches that thirst. My face literally drinks this up and seems noticeably plumper and fresher almost immediately. All that nutritious goodness in there is really working its magic and I think I’m fending off the etchings of time for at least a few more years.
Crème de la Rose is simply the finest deluxe cream available.
