In 1921, Weleda pioneered the use of biodynamic and organic ingredients in the personal care industry. Since then, Weleda has adhered to their original quality standards, and continues to include biodynamically and organically grown ingredients harvested from Weleda's own gardens or obtained through Fair Trade practices.
