Good to keep around in the house
This is my 2nd tube of the arnica ointment. I find it useful for relieving bruises.

Very soothing
Had a little muscle strain in my lower back but don't like that tingle of Ben Gay or Tiger Balm. I much prefer to use Mother Nature's solutions. Rubbing this lotion in a few times a day really did the trick and helped to heal me quickly. Very soothing, and the arnica has a pleasant scent.

Directions for use
Massage well into affected area 3-4 times daily.
