Delicious and effective for nursing moms 4

This was a staple in my diet when I was nursing both my sons. With my first, I had difficulty establishing my milk supply and all the books recommend fenugreek for this. This tea is rich in fenugreek plus other herbs that help with lactation. So for my second child, I just started drinking it from the get-go. After six months I had to pump to go back to work, and my milk supply dropped a bit, but this tea gave me confidence that I could continue nourishing my children until the one year mark. The tea is actually quite delicious and soothing, too.
